Back "home" at Lucy's

I just realized that I start most of the NEWS posts with "Hey Everybody" or "Hey Guys"...I gotta find a new greeting...

HEY!!!....YOU!!!...WITH THE FACE!! - I'll be back at Lucy's on Saturday 8/27 - Lucy's is cool for a lotta reasons, it's a pretty special place to me because it's the joint where I first played at a jam session (run by my brother & longtime songwriting partner Will Van Sise) when I was ready to come back from my "hiatus" from playing - my then longtime drummer & bro Mike Severino brought me there on a Tuesday to play and meet Will...we hit it off and soon after that started writing together - finishing up a batch of songs that I had and writing new ones too - shortly after that came the formation of The Honest Men and an EP, followed by lots of miles in a van playing shows over 4 years or so - then some life changes for some of the guys followed by a bit of a "regrouping" phase aaaaaaaand here I am...back at Lucy"s on Saturday 8/27....we hit at 9:30 - come out and say "hey" to my bro Rob Catalano behind the bar - he's truly one of the coolest and baddest mothereffers I know!
